How do I know what size to choose?
If you are unsure of what size you need, give us a call and we will be happy to advise.

How long will delivery take?
Our products are all assembled to order in our Ripon workshop. Normally the lead time is 3-5 days, however, occasionally items are out of stock and, therefore may take up to 4 weeks.
Please don't worry we will keep you up to date with any delays as soon as we receive your order.
Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our very best to meet your deadlines.
Do you ship to the outside the UK

What do I do if an item arrives damaged or an item is missing?
Upon delivery please look carefully through your package. We take great care in packaging your lights, however, movement
does occur in transit and some smaller items may now be hiding within the packaging.
Please notify us as soon as possible and within 5 working days of receipt if something seems damaged or amiss with your order to sales@glowlighting.co.uk or call 01765 278288.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a small showroom in Ripon, please contact us to book an appointment.
Do I need an electrician to install my lights?
We recommend using a fully qualified electrician to install our lighting.
How do I clean my lights?
We advise using a feather duster or a clean dry microfibre cloth. We do offer a glass cleaning kit, tried and tested by us, in our accessories section.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
We love our environment and use eco-friendly packaging including recycled or reused cardboard boxes, eco-fill, recyclable (green)or reused bubble wrap, compostable/biodegradable/reused bags, and paper tape. All our packaging and components are purchased in the U.K wherever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. Both the green and white loose fill are biodegradable. Please reuse or recycle our packaging.
Are your lights dimmable?
All our lighting will work on a dimmable circuit, (unless stated otherwise). Please ensure the lighting is installed on a compatible dimmer that works with LED light bulbs, please check with your electrician. (All of our light bulbs are dimmable).
What light bulb should I choose?
The light bulbs we offer are all featured in our photography, however you can use any B22 light bulbs in our lighting (Max 12w LED). We have curated a selection of dimmable lightbulbs perfect for our fixtures. The details are as follows:
The 4w is amber
coated 2000k very warm white and 300 lumens.
The 7.5w is amber
coated 2200k very warm white and 680 lumens.
The 8w is clear
warm white but appears much brighter and 960 lumens.

Can I track my order?
Yes, upon dispatch of your order we will email full shipping details, which will include the courier and consignment number. You will then be able to track or amend the delivery online.
